The photo still of the "shooter", seen only by creators of the shooting story (to our knowledge), seems to have been acquired and processe 45 minutes BEFORE the "shooting" seen by the public. Here, we show you the documentary verification.

Some has suggested that the timestamp is a DVR timestamp of the 'live' event, rather than the local station timestamp. Assuming that were so, the discrepancy of supposedly LIVE times, would remain unexplained.
