Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is in Vietnam for an official visit in which important bilateral agreements were signed. As of April 2015 Vietnam had invested US$2 billion in Venezuela, mainly in oil and energy, making it its top investment destination. New investments will be made to boost Venezuela's agricultural production. Bilateral trade between the two countries is expected to increase to US$1 billion annually. teleSUR
