Traces of Martian life: The ExoMars mission

ExoMars will land on Mars and deploy a 'rover' and a novel drill to obtain samples from under the surface all meeting strict planetary protection and cleanliness levels to achieve the missions ambitious scientific goal finding if life ever existed on Mars, or is still active today.
