Uthaya: Better for Malay, Chinese to champion stateless Indians

Hindu Rights Action Force de facto leader P Uthayakumar says he's asked the Opposition to champion the issue of stateless Indians in parliament as he believes Chinese or Malay representatives will be more effective at highlighting the importance of the issue.
