The Ohio State Highway Patrol recently released dashcam footage of Trooper Eric Devers’ arrival on the scene of a highway accident that occurred in April.
Devers rushes out of his car to help the commercial driver who he finds seatbelted into the cab of the fallen truck.
The driver was barely breathing with his eyelids halfway closed.
Soon he slumps over and stops breathing entirely.
