Shahidan: Don't blame gov't for problems faced by Indians

Instead of critcising the government over its policies for the Indian community, Shahidan Kassim said those at the top should help those who are at the bottom.

Arguing that the Indians were successful, the minister in the prime minister's department added that there were high ratio for academic excellence among the community.
