The folks who call rock-paper-scissors a sport are the same people who get competitive before the coin toss of an NFL game. It’s a zero sum game, meaning there’s absolutely no reason to call it a sport. Anyone that says they’re good at rock-paper-scissors is either full of crap or just a lucky bastard. But back in 2007, ESPN decided to cover the USA Rock Paper Scissors League championship in Las Vegas, Nevada, thus legitimizing RPS as a real sport.
