Dr M: Hard to differentiate men and women, they all wear pants

Commenting on the recent transgender issue, former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad says it is a lot harder to tell men and women apart these days as they all wear the same clothes.
He adds that it must be noted that some people are born with indeterminate genders, and may look like women, but are actually men.
