Umno: Make Islamic studies compulsory pass for SPM

Negeri Sembilan Umno delegate Mustapha Nagoor has called for Islamic studies to be a compulsory pass subject for Muslim students taking SPM, to avoid incidents such as the 'I want to touch a dog' event.
