The 'Lion King’ Artist Paints Stunning Tribute to Cecil the Lion

The Oscar-nominated animator Aaron Blaise knows quite a bit about lions—he helped bring to life the Disney classic, The Lion King. Blaise honored Cecil by creating a Disney-esque portrait of the lion who was killed by the American dentist, Walter Palmer, on a hunting safari in Zimbabwe last month.
