Arizona Cardinals Hire Jen Welter, First Female Coach

The Cardinals have hired Jen Welter, a former rugby player at Boston College, to coach inside linebackers through their upcoming training camp and preseason. The NFL confirmed that Welter is the first woman to hold a coaching position of any kind in the NFL.
