Bryan Reyes and Jacqueline Santana were released from prison earlier this month after being held on false charges for eight months. They see their incarceration as “shock therapy for activists” and speak of their own arrest as an attempt at a forced disappearance and one of many examples of a move towards totalitarianism in the society.
