After 54 years, the Cuban Embassy in Washington is officially reopened. The historic moment comes 7 months after Raul Castro and Barack Obama announced the two countries would move to normalize relations. Cuba nevertheless insists that full normalization cannot occur until Washington's blockade is lifted.
