Thursday’s Wimbledon semifinal match between Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova was over before you could even say the word “rivalry,” as Williams easily soared to victory 6-2, 6-4 to advance to the final. But whether or not you think Williams and Sharapova have a legitimate rivalry on the court, there is no doubt the two have a business rivalry off the court—a rivalry Sharapova is winning.
