Lithuanian president: 'Greek govt is not willing to take responsibility'

Dalia Grybauskaite, the president of Lithuania, speaks out about her country's tense relations with Russia. She also gives her opinion on the Greek debt crisis. For her, the Greek government needs to take responsibility and implement the "difficult" measures demanded by its creditors.
She admits that "irresponsible fiscal policies by generations of Greek politicians" have led to the current crisis. However, she regrets that "the new government is not willing to take responsibility and is asking somebody else to pay for [its] irresponsible reactions".
