Cuba: FARC Rebels Insist on Bilateral Ceasefire

As peace talks continue in Cuba between the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and the Colombian government, FARC negotiator Pastor Alape said that the emphasis of this round of talks is on victims’ reparations and that in order to proceed successfully, a bilateral ceasefire is absolutely necessary.
