Knicks Fans Didn't Take Too Kindly to Kristaps Porzingis at No. 4

The New York Knicks were sitting pretty when the Los Angeles Lakers took D'Angelo Russell No. 2 overall in the NBA draft. With the Philadelphia 76ers standing between New York and Jahlil Okafor, Knicks fans felt pretty confident. The Sixers could be just crazy enough to trade down, or go European and stash someone they wouldn't have to pay for a few more years. Or, having two centers already on the roster in Joel Embiid and Nerlens Noel might dissuade them from taking the Duke product. But that didn't happen. Instead, the Sixers took Okafor, and Knicks fans were left scratching their heads. Who would they take? Justise Winslow? Emmanuel Mudiay? Nope and nope.
