Dung beetles are beetles known to feed on cow pats... and their ability to remove and process dung of pastoral animals actually helps improve soil quality. An organic farm 'Shelly Beach Farm' in New Zealand is using dung beetles in their farming practices and has become one of the model farms where humans and animals and plants co-exist.
