Plot: Deva (Sunny Deol), hails from a middle class family residing with his advocate father, Ashok Pradhan (Anupam Kher), brother Akash Pradhan (Sachin Khedekar) and sister, Guddi (Richa Ahuja). Once, when a man, Vilas, grabs Guddi's hand, Deva is enraged and in-turn breaks Vilas's hand and for which he is sent to prison for a period of 4 years. Once back, he forms a pact, Deva Ki Adaalat, along with his friends and is soon one of the most-wanted criminals. Deva continues with his criminal activities and is soon charged for killing his own sister and brother, Guddi and Akash, and for abducting the Chief Minister. Did Deva kill Guddi and Akash?
