Remove earwax in the ear

A woman trying to remove earwax in the ear of a man with a pinch of tweezers. It just happens to remove small piece of wax at first, but in the fourth attempt, the woman gets to extract a huge ear wax blockage. Earwax protects the ear canal and helps kill germs, but if it is not removed regularly, it can accumulate and create a plug bigger and bigger which can cause troublesome symptoms, such as hearing loss or pain. This one was especially huge!
