The Akira Movie has a New Writer!

A new writer has just been hired for the live action adaptation of the classic manga Akira!
Now that we know Marco Ramirez, who has written for shows like Orange is the New Black, Sons of Anarchy, and Daredevil (in addition to being one of the show runners for Daredevil Season 2), will pen the new film Anna and Mark discuss if he’s the right man for the job.
Do you think Marco Ramirez will do a good job writing the Akira movie? Do you believe that this time the adaptation will really make it to production?
