Opposition Emerges in US Congress on Further Troops to Iraq

U.S. President Barack Obama's announcement that he was sending an additional 450 troops to Iraq. The troops will supposedly be present in an advisory capacity to train and assist Iraqi forces fighting Islamic State combatants. The announcement sparked considerable opposition in the U.S. Congress, but from Democrats and Republicans.
