It turns out it that the feline named Rudy escaped from a broken carrier during a stopover in Atlanta, and had been hiding at the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
Tamsin Dayment, who’d purchased the cat from a Canadian seller, called the airline but said they weren’t particularly helpful at first.
