Interview with Amaya VALDEMORO & Anna MONTANANA (Spain)

Spain's Anna Montanana was so good at the EuroBasket Women that many people felt she belonged on the all-tournament team. She missed out on that honour, but did win a silver medal after reaching the final against Russia. The Spanish were one of the top teams at the EuroBasket and after their victory over Belgium in the quarter-finals, they qualified for the last four for the fourth consecutive year. Montanana and Amaya Valdemoro, who would go on to capture tournament MVP honors, spoke to Jeff Taylor after their quarter-final triumph over the Belgiums.
