In The World This Week: Greece has decided to withhold the 300 million euros it owed the IMF by this Friday, instead employing a tactic last used by Zambia in the 1980s called bundling. As well as heart-stopping debt negotiations with Greece, there has been a bruising election campaign in Turkey, where the president himself has come down from his perch to campaign. And finally, Paris City Hall has taken the pliers to love locks on the Pont des Arts bridge.
