Sarkozy's 'The Republicans' party: Disunited they stand?

Nicolas Sarkozy's party has a new name. Forget UMP, the French conservatives are now called "Les Républicains". The brand change could blur the lines of French political discourse and is widely seen as part of the former president's strategy to run for president again in 2017. In the meantime, however, he will still have to fight off his own party rivals ahead of a leadership primary next year.
