Middle East sex abuse allegations confirmed - DFA chief

MANILA (UPDATED) - Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario on Monday said some allegations of sexual harassment, molestation, and abuse of authority in in some Philippine embassies in the Middle East have been confirmed.
