Shameful: Group rues 'priests on payroll'

MANILA - An official of the Association of Major Religious Superiors of the Philippines believes it is shameful that some priests were allegedly receiving money on a regular basis from businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles who has been linked to the multibillion-peso PDAF scam.
