Comelec probes Napoles campaign donations

The Commission on Elections on Monday said it is investigating if businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles, the alleged mastermind in the P10 billion pork barrel scam, gave donations to candidates in the 2007, 2010 and 2013 elections.
