The Maryland parents twice accused of child neglect for letting their children walk home alone from neighborhood parks have been cleared in one of the cases.

The Maryland parents twice accused of child neglect for letting their children walk home alone from neighborhood parks have been cleared in one of the cases by Child Protective Services or CPS.

They’re still facing the other charge, but are proclaiming the change by CPS from "unsubstantiated neglect" to "ruled out" as a big win.
