Kin of Palparan's fellow inmates worry about safety

Former Major General Jovito Palparan appeals to be transferred under the custody of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. The relatives of the inmates in Bulacan Provincial Jail where he is detained right now, wants Palparan to be transferred.
