Commuters to sue MRT owner, maintenance provider

A group of commuters are decided to sue the owner and the maintenance provider of MRT. This is because of the continuous stalling of its trains. The LTFRB are planning to designate MRT express bus that will be an alternative for passengers if the MRT is not working.
