Former Senator Heherson Alvarez and his son brought the anti-malaria and dengue drug that was experimented by the Department of Health. Alvarez is pressuring Acting Health Secretary Janette Garin to continue the experiment they have stopped when Health Secretary Enrique Ona took a leave.
