Back massage home intruder: Julio Yanez assaults woman with massage

A Boone, North Carolina man, Julio Yanez, 29, was arrested in August 15 after allegedly entering a woman's apartment in July, getting into bed with her, then trying to give her a back rub. this apparently, is not the first time Yanez has committed such an offense. He has been arrested for carrying out similar "assaults" twice before. After he was previously arrested on July 22, two women reported cases that took place in April and June where they accused Yanez of entering their apartments and trying to give them back rubs in while they were in their beds as well.
The victim of the July incident said she told Yanez to leave, but he refused and tried to massage her again. Again, she rejected him, asking him to leave before he complied, according to the Charlotte Observer.
Yanez has been charged with two counts of breaking and entering and assaulting a female. Both are misdemeanor crimes. He is also being held on a $2,000 secured bond, and is waiting for a September 17 court appearance.
