Pervert busted for repeatedly showing his junk to female students

Hida Kyohei, a 26-year-old officer worker, was arrested for repeatedly showing his junk to female students last Friday. The man is suspected of exposing himself to a 13-year-old girl at a convenience store in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo on the evening of September 11.

The next morning, he accosted a 9-year-old pupil and asked her to touch his junk. Police believe that 10 similar cases in the Shinagawa Ward seem to have been committed by the suspect. The victims all described the man as having dark glasses which Kyohei wears.

Though the suspect does not admit to all the charges, he did say that he felt aroused by student's screaming in terror.
