Ayaw ibalik ng Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) ang mga armas na nakuha nila. Ibinunyag naman ni Fr. Eliseo Mercado ng Institute for Autonomy and Governance na binayaran ng gobyerno ang mga armas na isinauli ng Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
