James Avery dies, we pay tribute to his other characters

Our favorite grumpy uncle, James Avery, passed away yesterday due to complications while undergoing open heart surgery.
While everyone will agree he's most recognised as the character "Uncle Phil" from the 90's hit sitcom "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air", but did you know James Avery also voiced a few of our favorite childhood cartoon heroes and villains?
That's right, Avery was the voice of Shredder, and War Machine in addition to playing Will Smith's uncle. He also had a host of bit parts, cameos, and other appearances in movies, TV shows, and cartoon voice roles.
James Avery was 68 years old and is survived by his wife and stepson.
