Nail gun suicide: Colorado businessman Richard Talley kills self amid state probe

A Colorado businessman under investigation by state authorities was found dead in his home last week, the alleged result of self-inflicted wounds from a nail gun.

The death of Richard Talley, founder and CEO of American Title Services, in the garage of his Centennial, Colorado home was ruled a suicide by a local coroner.

The 57-year-old allegedly used a nail gun to end his life, and shot himself multiple times.

According to the coroner, Talley shot himself up to eight times in the torso and the head.
