A brawl between customers and employees erupted at a Chacho's restaurant in Houston. The video, captured on a cell-phone, showed the manager shoving two women as other employees try to intervene.

The female patrons asked for to-go cups for their alcoholic beverages and were told by an employee that there were, 'no roadies.' The manager then came out from behind the counter to physically remove the women.

The YouTube description mentions the manager denied the women a refund and called one of them a bitch although these accusations have not been confirmed by Chacho's.

He can be seen in the video grabbing a woman's arms before she lands a blow to his face. The manager did not back off and the fight escalated with several employees getting involved.

The physical altercation lasted over a minute before the women left on their own will.

The owner of Chacho's, John Burke, said he that was shocked by the incident and that the situation was handled wrongly. The manager has since reportedly been fired.

The leader of the New Black Panther party in Houston, Quanell X, organized a protest against Chacho's for their poor customer service.
