Wife swapping swinger dies after falling from top floor of Hilton hotel in San Antonio Texas

A San Antonio man who police say tried to arrange a fourway sex party with his wife on April 25th, ended the night with blue balls. That is, blue because police found him floating face down in the river.
The man, Michael A Ochoa, fell from the 18th floor of the Hilton Palacio del Rio hotel, just before 2am. His wife, who was found in the destroyed hotel room, beaten and drunk, told police three different versions of events.
It seems Ochoa and his wife greeted the other half of their 4-way in the hotel room, but Ochoa's wife changed her mind about the whole thing. Then, either Ochoa or the other man became enraged, and some combination of Ochoa, his wife, and the other man got in a fight. Whichever it was, Ochoa's wife took a punch to the head, which might account for the foggy details.
Curiously, Ochoa's body had scratch marks on his back and hips, as if he were attacked from behind. We repeat, from behind. Then these events occurred in roughly this order; the other couple leaves, Ochoa punches his wife in the head, and security guards come to the door.
The wife says Ochoa ran to the balcony to escape security, fearing he'd be arrested, but she wasn't aware that he fell. The security guards say they heard a loud splash and could see Ochoa floating far below.
Although the other couple can be seen leaving on closed circuit video, and the wife's story seems thin at best, hers is still the only version (or versions) of the story anyone is telling. San Antonio PD haven't charged anyone because the whole event is just so weird!
