Crazy police car chase through golf course as Kendall Feist flees Minnesota cops

A wild police chase was caught on camera in Moorhead, Minnesota on June 18. Police were after 33-year-old Kendall Feist, who they tried to serve with an arrest warrant earlier when suddenly, he decided to swerve into an active golf course. Players scattered to dodge the fast-moving vehicles.

One of the golfers, Cody Fuller, was out there on the links that day and captured the scene from his smartphone. Some are crying foul as the chase put several lives in danger.
In 2012 alone, over 300 innocent lives were lost due to police chases. What can be done to lessen the risk?
Some say the technology is out there that could help. One such company makes a line of tracking devices that fire from the front of a patrol car and stick to the vehicle they're chasing. Police can then break off the chase and track the bad guys at their leisure.
As for Kendall Feist, he was eventually busted across the river in neighboring Fargo, North Dakota. Officials tacked on property damage, public endangerment, and reckless driving charges to his rap sheet.
