Nickelback or nickel sack? Police abuse their authority to handcuff men over non-drug deal

A cop catching wind of a drug deal in progress? Or a misunderstanding over the name of a Canadian rock band — that is the claim leveled at Idaho police by two young men who posted this video online of their interaction with two officers at a gas station.
In the video, one officer suggests to the man in passenger side of the pair's car that he had used the term "nickel sack" — an apparent reference to a small bag of marijuana — with a third man not seen in the video.
Since when is a bag of weed called a sack, anyhow? Still, the Kootenai County police officers refuse to listen to the pairs' explanation that he had merely said the word Nickelback, the name of a popular Canadian post-grunge band, and keep at it.
The video ends with the vehicle's driver handcuffed. Coeur d'Alene NBC affiliate KHQ 06 has reported that no charges were filed against the two men suspected of dealing marijuana.
The names of the two police officers have not been made public.
