Taco Bell worker shoots customer with BB gun following argument, gets arrested

A Massachusetts Taco Bell employee was arrested early Sunday after he shot a customer with a BB gun.

At around 4 a.m. the customer approached the still-open drive-thru but received no response. After banging on the window the man got out of his car and rapped on the locked door to complain about the inattentive service.

That's when Steven Noska, a 26-year-old employee, came to the door and an became engaged in an argument. It turned physical when Noska reportedly shoved the customer.

Noska went to his car got a BB gun and shot the customer several times. Police say at some point in the altercation, the customer bit Noska on the arm.

Noska was arrested and charged with three counts of assault and battery, two with a dangerous weapon.
