Ukraine rebels turn over bodies and flight recorders from MH17 crash

Speaking before the UN Security Council, visibly emotional Dutch Foreign Affairs Minister Frans Timmermans said grief is turning to anger and demanded dignity for the victims of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17.

On Monday, a train carrying the remains of all but a dozen or so of the victims of
downed airliner left the crash site for the Ukrainian city of Kharkov.

A train from the Netherlands was sent to Kharkov retrieve the bodies.

Rebels in east Ukraine have now turned over the planes data recorders, or "black boxes" to Malaysian authorities following a call from the Malaysian prime minister.

International anger is mounting as images from the site showed the theft of cash and valuables at the scene.

On Tuesday, the UN Security Council unanimously adopted a resolution demanding unrestricted international access to the crash site.

European monitors were stopped from inspecting the site when they first arrived, but new reports say rebels have begun cooperating with international investigators.

Meanwhile, U.S. President Barack Obama said the 'burden is on Russia' to push pro-Russian rebels to allow full access to the crash site, while the Ukrainian president said the separatists should be designated as terrorists.
