You know the saying, truth is sometimes stranger than fiction? Yeah, this is one of those times. 22-year-old Sarah Espinoza was high as a kite when she decided to steal a baby python snake from the Petco.

As she was driving along Jericho Turnpike, the slithering reptile decided he’d had enough of being stashed away and coiled itself around Espinoza’s face. You kinda need to be able to see where you’re going when you’re driving.

Espinoza crashed her car into the New Hyde Park Firehouse door along with two of their firetrucks. She’s facing larceny, reckless endangerment and DUI charges.
