Doctor forces employee to ‘motorboat’ her breasts at West Virginia Weight and Wellness

As CEO of West Virginia Weight and Wellness Inc, in Martinsburg, West Virginia, Dr. Tressie Duffy is accused of writing bad prescriptions and sexually harassing her employees. Duffy ran a cash-only business that claimed to help patients with weight management and opioid dependency.
The doctor allegedly consumed drugs designated for “office use” and pre-signed prescriptions slips so that while on vacation, her staff could continue to distribute the pills to patients.
After Duffy received a boob job, she is accused of showing them off to patients, staff and drug reps liberally. Former employees say she made deals with drug reps in exchange for paid parties for the office staff. (sweet)
She even grabbed an employee by the head and forcibly asked the woman to “motorboat” her before trying to kiss her. When the employee refused, Duffy said she was being a “titty baby.” The employee quit soon after.
The West Virginia Board of Medicine will hold a hearing in November to determine if Duffy is fit to practice medicine.
