Will he be convicted? Psychotic tattoo man stabs three-year-old neighbor in random act of violence

A Texas man with an a number of off the wall tattoos has been declared incompetent to stand trial after he stabbed his 3-year-old neighbor back in April.

Jose Guillermo Molina, 21, has been charged with felony to injure a child for the stabbing of Emmanuel Volez outside a northwest Houston apartment complex.

Witnesses say Molina snuck up behind Volez and stabbed him three times with a kitchen knife before dropping the weapon and carrying on to a local convenient store.

Molina’s random act of violence is just one more incident of violent crimes he has committed over the years.

A judge ruled to reevaluate Molina after he goes to a psychiatric hospital. He will stand before a trial jury in 180 days.
