Oklahoma man steals a cab then offers wise words to ‘kids out there’

Michael Patton allegedly stole a cab in Oklahoma City on Monday. When he was arrested, he offered some sage advice that’s gone viral online.
Wearing a blonde wig, Patton allegedly used a knife to steal the cab and injure the driver.
Police used the cab’s own GPS to track it, but it was a news helicopter that spotted the stolen cab and followed it as Patton weaved through the city before crashing the taxi.
Patton then tried to hide in some woods, but since he’d already been spotted by the news helicopter, it didn’t take long for cops to find their man.
After being arrested, Patton confessed to the carjacking and other recent thefts, saying he had 11 kids to support and one on the way.
Then, he offered this immortal advice to kids everywhere: “If kids are watching this. Y’all get this through y’alls heads. Don’t do no crime, or you will do the time.”
