Student slammed on ground by substitute elementary school teacher over disrespect - TomoNews
  • 9 years ago
Brett Russell, an eighth grade substitute teacher at Bernard Black Elementary school in Arizona, is now under investigation after he got into a fight with a little boy.

The confrontation started when the still unidentified boy started insulting Russell.

Russell then lost it and confronted the boy. As seen in the video, the boy was clearly aggravating things further, so the substitute teacher decided to put an end to all of that.
The boy didn't deny what he did and immediately told authorities the truth after the incident. Russell has not been charged.

The mother of the boy was understandably outraged and said "I don't care what words come out of a child's mouth, no one should ever put their hands on a child like that, it's unacceptable. I want to press charges; I want him arrested."
