Bypass iCloud_ iPhone 4 - Delete Setup.app_(360p)

This method will bypass the entire setup process on your iPhone 4. So if you don't have the right SIM card, if you are iCloud locked, etc. Works on any A4 device.
Cons include:
Reduced battery life (searching for activation tickets in background)
NO SERVICE (no activation tickets from albert)
But at least you can use it as an iPod instead of a paperweight.
